We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds, following the guidelines below.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

    • The product must include all tags, accessories, and original receipts.

  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for certain products, including:

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Undergarments and lingerie

  • Perishable goods or food items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Discounted or clearance sale items


3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  1. Our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  2. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.


4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will gladly replace it with the correct product at no additional cost.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • In case of defective or incorrect items, Urwa Bazarr will cover the return shipping fee.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
